Calamintha grandiflora is an aromatic herb for floral and culinary lovers alike, Commonly known as Large-Flowered Calamint. Calamint has a sweet lightly minty aroma, and a medicinal and refreshing infusion can be made from the dried leaves. Calamintha grandiflora forms neat, bushy mounds of aromatic green foliage, which is topped by stems of pretty, rose-pink blooms in summer and early autumn. This is much loved by bees.
