Description
- A fast growing deciduous hedge with fabulous foliage which keeps its leaves longer
- Fluttering golden-green leaves that gradually brighten before turning a rich copper colour in autumn
- A fully hardy shrub which will reach a height of approx 5m but can easily be maintained at 1-5m
- Will grow well in any soil except heavy clay or windy sites – can be used as a windbreak
- Although Beech is deciduous, the leaves stay on throughout the winter until new foliage is ready to emerge in spring
