A superb flowering shrub, Exochorda racemosa ‘Blushing Pearl’ has become one of the most popular of the family.The buds emerge first in early spring, resembling little pearls as they almost cover the entire branch, lending this deciduous shrub its common name of the Pearlbush. As they open to reveal their sparkling, crisp white blooms, the graceful, arching stems become almost covered, they are so densely packed.
