Description
- An English variety, also known as ‘Williams’ Bon Chrétien’, with large, yellow fruits which are very juicy and full of sweet, rich flavour. Tasty eaten fresh but one of the best for poaching too.
- A strong, reliable cropper, ‘Green Williams’ has been awarded the RHS Award of Garden Merit for excellent performance.
- An early cropping variety, expect crops from late August.

- Partially Self Fertile – Pollination Group 3 Will fruit better when pollinated by another Pear tree. To pollinate, they must be within a mile’s radius of each other. They need to flower at the same time. Pears are in the same pollination group, or one either side, can pollinate each other. In built up areas it is unlikely that there won’t be a suitable pollination partner within a mileMORE
