Product Description
Butternut Waltham produces gorgeous tan coloured crops. This half-hardy annual is best when picked as soon as it develops a deep tan shade. Store cut crops somewhere cool and dry to enjoy them in the winter months. Cut off from the stem when they’re ready to harvest with a sharp knife. Sow indoors from March to May or outside from late May to mid June.
