Tell Me More…
Pulmonaria Pretty in Pink is thought to be one of the very best Pulmonaria. Slender evergreen foliage with intriguing silvery markings are sure to give your shady areas some much needed sparkle. Pretty, flower buds are produced in tight whorls, uncurling as they open in late spring to reveal striking, rosy-pink blooms. This contrasts beautifully with the wonderful foliage which forms weed-suppressing groundcover; air pockets cool the surface of the leaf and mask the chlorophyll, creating the silvery markings. Much loved by emerging solitary bees in spring, Pulmonaria Pretty in Pink is deer and rabbit resistant. Preferring to be grown in moist soil in full or dappled shade, they are perfect for growing between shrubs. Reaching a height of 40cm, spreading up to 60cm. Pulmonaria are fully hardy perennials which can be left outside all year round.
