Erica x darleyensis ‘Darley Dale’ will grow in almost any soil condition, making it a very attractive choice for low maintenance gardens. Unlike some heathers, Erica darleyensis cultivars are lime tolerant and will grow equally well in almost any garden soil. Grow Erica darleyensis in well-drained soil in full sun. When growing in containers, use a good quality soil-based potting mix.
