Phyteuma is a hardy perennial plant that is easy to care for. This variety – ‘Blue Impression’ – produces striking purple flowers in the summer.

This plant loves full sun but will also grow in some light shade. It likes well-drained soil and to be watered regularly in warm weather. It’s very low maintenance; the most effort you will need to put in is deadheading withered flowers to keep the display looking nice.
