Chaenomeles x superba ‘Pink Trail’ is a beautiful deciduous shrub with glossy green leaves. For the first few months of the year, it will treat you to displays of gorgeous pink flowers. The blooms give way to green, edible fruits that ripen to yellow. The fruits are sometimes used in jams and compote.
This plant will grow happily in full sun or partial shade in any moist, well-drained soil.
