‘Dark Blue and White Bee’ are two impactful varieties of Delphinium that cooperate beautifully together and contrast in harmony. From June until October, they will produce masses of intense dark blue flowers that smother its lengthy flower spikes. Each bloom features an interesting white bee like centre and they sit proudly amongst fresh green foliage. They enjoy full sun to develop and would be quite happy planted in a cottage, cut flower or wildlife gardening scheme. They are ideal for adding some architectural height and a bold impactful statement to dull outdoor spaces and will flourish in height to 90cm, along with a spread of 30cm.
Growing Information
Choose a sunny position that is sheltered from strong winds, on moist, well drained soil. Protect young delphiniums from slugs and snails.
