Called simply “Rock Rose,” Helianthemum ‘Henfield Brilliant’ is a gorgeous evergreen perennial that is well-known for its fiery orange-red blooms. These vibrant, saucer-shaped flowers bloom profusely from late spring to early summer, making a striking contrast with the grey-green foliage. ‘Henfield Brilliant’ is a low-growing, mat-forming plant that adds colour to any sunny spot and is a great choice for borders, rock gardens, and containers.
Plant in full sun in well-drained sandy or gravelly soil. Once established, this drought-tolerant plant needs very little watering. After flowering, trim back slightly to preserve its compact shape and promote more blooming.
