Lime scented green leaves that can be used in cooking, eaten raw or alternatively used to make a delicious herbal tea. Enjoy the leaves, but make sure you leave some stems to flower to attract hordes of bees. Harvest July-October. Height 30-40cm (12-16″); spread 30-40cm (12-16″).

Sowing Information
Sow in a propagator on a windowsill or thinly in pots or trays in a greenhouse at approx. 10-15°C (50-60°F) using a good quality compost. Cover seeds with 6mm (1/4″) sieved compost. Germination 14-21 days. Grow on, planting out when frost risk has passed 23cm (9″) apart or windowsill grow in 10cm (4″) pots. Can also be sown direct outside at a depth of about 6mm (4″). Grows best in well drained soil in a sunny position. Pinch shoot tips to encourage bushy plants.
