Masses of thin wiry stems, that are covered in small dark green leaves make this fast-growing and unusual plant perfect to grow as a shrubby, scrambling groundcover, or if given something to cling to, a twining climber. It is primarily grown by us however for use in seasonal hanging baskets and containers where it is used for its delicate-looking foliage that flows and cascades over the edges, which creates a light and airy feel, and a real alternative to trailing ivy.
