A wonderful climber for late spring and early summer colour, this award winning and prolific flowering variety lives up to its name! It is a double-flowered wisteria displaying great hanging clusters of scented, violet-blue flowers up to 30cm long. Equally attractive is the dense bright green leaves which turn a gorgeous vibrant yellow in autumn before falling off. This beautiful specimen climber makes a great cool toned screen to highlight other bright flowers and will give you a punchy burst of spring colour. We recommend planting along a wall, trellis, or fence.
Make sure you plant this Wisteria in a bright place as it does best in full sun or partial shade. It can establish in any soil type as long as it is moist but well drained and should be sheltered from cold winds.
