Pittosporum tenuifolium Elizabeth is a lovely evergreen with gently ruffled grey-green foliage that has an irregular cream margin that will flush pink for additional interest. This becomes more prominent in colder weather, making a handsome specimen shrub for a sheltered garden border or against a wall. It is also useful to use for creating an informal screen or hedge. As an added bonus, insignificant, small deep purple flowers will appear, and these have a delicious sweet perfume that will fill the surrounding air.
