Many strong stems hold large, feathery manes of seedheads, reminiscent of feather dusters, during summer and autumn. Stems are suspended over slender, evergreen, grass-like foliage. Much loved by florists, the ‘plumage’ is excellent when cut for arrangements.Cortaderia selloana Tiny Pampa prefers to be grown in well-drained soil with full sun though it will still flourish in partial shade.
