Begonia x tuberosa‘Majestic Soft Pink’ has a hint of romance to it with pastel pink ruffled, round blooms up to 20cm in circumference! Crinkled and serrated foliage, with just a hint of pink, accompanies the blooms and grows to form large, mid-green mounds. Foliage emerges in March and is held through to November, whilst flowers emerge slightly later, in June, also lasting through to November. Begonia x tuberosa ‘Majestic Soft Pink’ is a great way to enhance your window boxes, baskets and pots as the beautiful blooms will cascade over container edges for up to 30cm. Equally at home in full sun or a shady corner of the garden; these begonias will give a shot of perfect, pastel pink wherever you choose to plant them and offer some of the biggest begonia blooms around. Prefers a moist, well-drained soil which is sand or loam based. Deadhead for continual blooms. Tender, cormous perennials which are frequently grown as annuals and reach a height and spread of around 45cm. If you wish to overwinter plants then lift, and dry store them once temperatures consistently drop below around 1°C and then plant again the following spring.
