- One of the finest-flavoured pears around! Sweet, rich and intensely aromatic with soft, melting flesh, ‘Doyenné Du Comice’ is a pear we think everyone should be familiar with
- A late-flowering variety that’s suitable for growing in frosty places, this heritage variety was once referred to by the London Horticultural Journal as the best pear in the world!
- A thoroughly-deserving recipient of the Royal Horticultural Society’s Award of Garden Merit, this variety is recognised as being of an exceptional quality
- Grown on a Quince A rootstock, this tree grows to a maximum height and spread of just four by four metres, making it more than suitable for most average gardens
