Description
Morus nigra ‘Wellington’ is a fairly new variety of mulberry originating from Geneva, N.Y. This tree produces heavy crops of medium sized, cylindrical fruits, reddish-black in colour with a good flavour and soft flesh. The tree itself is spreading and its dark green leaves are a pretty heart shape. A great dual-purpose tree that is planted for its ornamental value as well as its tasty fruits.
