Plant near a seating area for a sensory touch to deckings or patios, where the fragrant flowers will waft and breeze it’s way around the space, as well as creating a natural dappled shade. Growing Information
After a period of 7 to 10 days acclimatisation to outdoor conditions, transplant Jasmine stephanense into large patio containers or borders. When growing jasmine in containers, choose a loam based compost such as John Innes No. 2. In borders, plant jasmine in any moist, well drained soil in sun or semi-shade. Provide the twining stems with an appropriate support such as trellis or wires attached to walls and fences.
