‘Coral’ is a striking Berberis, that flowers from April until July. It generates bundles of nectar rich yellow blooms, that attract lots of wildlife and decorate this tidy little shrubs, compact growing habit. Much loved for its coral-red leaflets that are dipped in gold, be sure to give your Japanese Barberry centre stage in your garden this season. It would sit wonderfully in borders, patio containers and cottage themed landscapes, offering vibrancy and great texture. It will thrive in semi shade and develop in height and spread to 80cm.
Growing Information
Plant Berberis in full sun or partial shade, on a reliably moist, well-drained soil. Barberry plants are extremely resilient and will grow on many different soil types, except waterlogged.
