This Blackberry produces fruit like no other variety and is sweeter than a strawberry!
With berries weighing up to 11g, each measuring up to 4.5cm in length, a fully mature plant can yield up to 7 x 500g punnets of fruit!
A Super self-fertile primocane fruits on space-saving, upright canes and first years growth so you can enjoy crops even sooner after planting, usually 8-12 months, best yields 20-24 months.
Growing Information
Incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost into the ground prior to planting Blackberries. Plant blackberry bushes in a sunny position in any well drained soil allowing a distance of 90cm (36″) between plants. Firm in and water well. Primocane Blackberries should be pruned to 30cm (12″) immediately following planting to encourage more shoots to be produced. Primocane varieties have an upright growth habit and do not require supports for their stems.
