‘Eden Rose’ is a much-loved hard neck garlic and produces large yields of high quality, tasty pink cloves. Popular in France for its delicate flavour, this allium is not one to miss! It will spread to around 15cm and grow in height to 60cm, it is ideal for adding to a kitchen garden, allotment or greenhouse.
Growing Information
Plant garlic in rows in any well drained soil in full sun. It is important that the soil does not become waterlogged so incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost to improve drainage and feed the soil. On particularly heavy soils, plant garlic in raised beds. Plant at a distance of 10cm (4”) apart, leaving 45cm (18”) between each row.
