Bears large, oval, foliage becoming more rounded with age, dark-green with prominent veins, turning shades of red in autumn. The leaves are coppery-bronze in colour when young. Will tolerate most soil types, will grow in full sun, semi-shade and full shade. Very easy to grow and fully hardy. Deciduous. Grows to approx 6-8ft tall.
