Scented, summery sensation with oodles of bloomsA prestigious and unusual variety of Jasmine which holds the RHS Award of Garden Merit for its outstanding performance in the garden. New to us for 2024, we could not resist including Jasminum Sambac in our range, not just for the sweet, intense perfume which it brings to your planting when it flowers. We love this variety as blooms, which appear from June to August, are both single and double with a beautiful starry shape which twinkles against the waxy evergreen foliage. A surefire hit with bees and other pollinators – it will be a hive of activity throughout the summer. Jasminum Sambac hails from India and southeast Asia so will need some protection from cold and frost over winter. Plants are idea for a conservatory or a sheltered location, perhaps against a wall, in warmer parts of the UK.
