Agapanthus ‘Ever Sapphire’ is a semi-dwarf variety that produces multiple spikes of bright blue flowers all summer in a sunny or partly shaded position. These tough, fast-growing, and drought-tolerant plants are a real ‘must-have’ for any style of garden. They are perfect when dotted in clumps in beds and borders.
For optimal flowering results, plant in full sun and well-drained soil. Once established, the Agapanthus ‘Ever Sapphire’ is drought-tolerant, but it benefits from frequent watering during dry months. Apply a balanced fertiliser to encourage healthy growth and more flowers. In colder climates, mulch or relocate container-grown plants to a frost-free spot. This low-maintenance plant works well with grasses, lavender, and other Mediterranean-style plants to create a lovely and easy-care garden display.
