Three premium, vigorous growing Canna that are ideally suited to the UK. Each plant produces dramatic striped and exotic dense foliage. Its spears are topped with brilliant coloured flowers from July-October. These Canna provide an excellent focal point in summer bedding schemes. Originating from South East Asia, the Canna prefers moist well-drained soil and full sun, although partial sun is fine. The Canna is known for being extremely easy to grow. Each collection is one each of Tropicanna ( orange flowers/orange and green striped foliage), Tropicanna Gold (yellow flowers/bright green foliage) and Tropicanna Black (salmon red flowers/aubergine-black foliage). Top quality Rhizomes supplied. Height 1.2m.

Growing at a glance…
Unpack immediately upon arrival and give them a little water if needed. If potting up into containers, use a balanced compost as it is inclined to produce a hard crust if allowed to dry. Water freely during the growing season and make sure to dead-head regularly to prolong flowering. To plant bulbs, ensure they’re planted 7-10cm deep. They are often best started in pots and then transplanted in borders or beds towards the end of May. The best placement for them is to plant them in a sunny position, preferably out of the wind.
