Sowing Information
Sow mid March-June direct into finely raked, moist, warm soil where the plants are to flower at a depth of 6mm (1?4″) covering the seed lightly with soil. Germination takes 10-14 days. Thin seedlings in stages to a final spacing of 15cm (6″) apart removing any weeds at the same time. Choose a sunny position. Alternatively sow in September and protect with cloches in winter for early flowering next year.
