Description
This spindle tree is a dense and bushy evergreen shrub which will bring year-round colour to your garden and can easily be kept 1m or less for a low border, and it is a great alternative for box hedging as it is more disease resistant. It has fragrant flowers which are on show from June to July. Euonymus japonicus Jean Hugues is a quite a slow-growing Euonymus which usually tends to only put on 10-20cm of growth per year.
