Unusual lemon fragrance and flavour, delicious as a garnish in salads, or used in stir-fries. Easy to grow over a long season, it can even be grown in a pot on the windowsill. Harvest June-October. Height 50-60cm (20-24″).

Sowing Information
Sow thinly direct into finely raked, moist, warm soil at a depth of 6-13mm (1⁄4- 1?2″). Germination 7-14 days. Thin resulting seedlings to 23-30cm (9-12″) between plants removing any competing weeds. Grows best in well-cultivated soil in a sunny position. Can be grown as ‘cut & come again’; salad leaves in containers (cropping from 28 days), or as a fully mature plant. Harvest seed when flower heads turn brown and hang stems upside down indoors.
