Description
Ficus carica ‘Panache’ also known as the tiger fig is an ancient variety recorded in history as far back as 1668 in France. This self fertile tree produces small green flowers in late spring followed by unusual, brightly striped yellow and green figs with crimson, strawberry flavoured flesh. The deeply lobed, dark green summer leaves turn yellow in autumn before falling.
