Tell Me More…
Rippled and radiant Anemone x hybrida ‘Garden Breeze Pink Touch’ has delightfully rich pink tipped petals to each semi-double bloom. Detail which is sure to catch the attention of both you and your garden visitors as the generous flowers sway on seasonal breezes from July to September each year. Flowers are a rich source of pollen for visiting pollinators and elegant stems make a radiant inclusion to a vase for indoors. Even better these easy-going plants are resistant to garden pests and will naturalise over time. Also commonly known as the Windflower, the word anemone means ‘daughter of the wind’ in ancient Greek. Perhaps unsurprisingly, these delicate looking flowers have robust, slender stems able to withstand even the strongest winds. Anemone x hybrida ‘Garden Breeze Pink Touch’ will reach a height of 60cm, spreading to around 30cm. A hardy (H4), herbaceous perennial which likes a spot in full sun or partial shade of any aspect. Plant in moist, well-drained soil of any type.
