Tom says: These super quick crops are packed full of surprising and intriguing flavours that will enthral your taste buds. As well as being loaded with flavour, these little guys are packed full of nutrients to give you a daily vitamin boost.

Growing Information

For indoor sowing only. Use a tray or flat bowl and cover the bottom with a layer of well-dampened flannel or cotton wool. Wash beans and soak them overnight in cold water. Next day wash beans again in cold water and then spread them out evenly. Cover with polythene or clingfilm and as it is essential to exclude light, cover again with brown paper or newspaper. Ready to eat after 6 to 9 days when 2.5-4cm (1-1½”). Remove sprouts from the beans, rinsing thoroughly. Cook for just 2 minutes in salted water.
