A superb alternative to white cauliflower, with attractive florets in an unusual lime-green colour. The crisp, tasty heads measure 15-23cm (6-9″) across, and mature in autumn from a May sowing. Once the main head has been harvested, the plant will produce several smaller heads over the next few weeks. Summer/Autumn maturing.
