Known by most as Persian ivy, Hedera colchica ‘Dentata Variegata’ is a sturdy and colourful evergreen climber that adds vibrancy to any garden area. Large, heart-shaped leaves with creamy white variegation along the edges contrast exquisitely with the dark green centre of the plant. This variation is a great way to create light and depth since it adds a pop of brightness, especially in places that are shadowed.
With a maximum height of 4 metres, this type of ivy is ideal for covering trellises, walls, and fences. Although it may grow in a variety of soil types, it likes circumstances that are moist and well-drained. Because it can grow in both full shade and partial light, it is quite adaptable to many garden settings.
