Tell Me More…
An utterly delightful new arrival in 2024 which joins the elite company of these quintessentially graceful garden plants. Fuchsias have a rich history and trace their origins back to Mexico, Chile and Argentina. They enjoyed increased popularity in Victorian times and have been adored ever since. Fuchsia ‘Bella Georgia’ is a trailing variety with flowers emerging in June and lasting to October. The downward and outward facing flowers will tumble and arch over pots, baskets and raised beds – delighting both you and your garden pollinators. We particularly love the contrasting colours of ‘Georgia’ with an intense purple interior, or corolla, and candy pink outer petals. Fuchsia ‘Bella Georgia’ likes well-drained soil of any type in either full sun or partial shade. A tender annual which reaches a height and spread of 30cm, trailing by the same. Plants will die back once the frost arrives at the end of the growing season.
