‘Fragrant Falls’ is a fabulous variety that blooms from late spring until early summer. It forms masses of bell-shaped, pearly white flowers with eye catching lemon stamens that bear a delicious fragrance – it has a much-loved arching growing habit that you will witness in its showy branches. This Philadelphus is a low maintenance, hardy shrub that copes well in a variety of different soils and will flourish when left alone in a partially shaded spot. It grows in height and spreads to around 2.1m and looks superb when planted in a pot or container, adding vibrancy and drama to pretty patio areas.
Growing Information
Grow Philadelphus plants in a sunny or semi shaded position, in any well drained soil. Prior to planting, incorporate plenty of well rotted manure or garden compost into the soil. Plant Mock Orange plants at the same depth as they were planted in their pots. Backfill the planting hole and water well to settle the soil.
