Excellent low maintenance native hybrid wood anemone, with exquisite bowl-shaped flowers forming just above the low carpet of parsley-like foliage in early spring. The petals are an iridescent shade of pink and they surround a boss of rich purple stamens – overall a very pretty effect.

Great anemones to use with taller-stemmed tulips, which can soar above.

Perfect in shaded and covered areas, it does well under shrubs and trees.
