These long-stemmed plants produce a steady succession of unique lime-yellow blooms which create a cool, luminous glow in the borders, and are also ideal for cutting. Flowers July-October. Height 81-90cm (32-35″). HHA – Half hardy annual.

Marigolds are easy to grow and will flower right through the summer. Try growing with a colour ‘foil’ like blue ageratum or silver cineraria.
Growing Information
Sow in a propagator on a windowsill or in a greenhouse at approximately 15-20°C (60-68°F) using a good quality moist seed compost. Cover the seeds with 6mm (¼”) sieved compost. (Germination 5-14 days). Transplant resulting seedlings spaced 5cm (2″) apart in trays and grow on in good light. Acclimatise plants before planting approximately 20cm (9″) apart in an open, sunny position. Alternatively, sow direct outside into finely raked, moist soil where the plants are to flower.
