Mustbuy Weigela middendorffiana Yellow Flowered Weigela

A unique sweetly scented yellow flowered Weigela – quite unusual, where most Weigela have white to pink-red flowers, the trumpets on this variety are primrose yellow with a contrasting orange blotch on the lower petal. Loved by bees and pollinators, the large trumpets on this species Weigela will help attract wildlife to the garden. Blooming is profuse on new growth, so with its fine branching habit and form it can put on quite a show. This beautiful Weigela will reach 2-3 metres tall and wide over time, it an however easily be maintained at a smaller size by annual pruning after flowering. Supplied in approx. 5 litre containers.
