‘Papas’ produces imperfectly shaped tubers with a red-purple coloured skin in floods, that taste delicious either baked, roasted or sauteed. When blackened from frost and harvest, just simply cut back the stems down at ground level, allowing them to grow back year after year producing even better harvests. A very rewarding Jerusalem Artichoke to grow. Height: 3m (10′). Spread: 90cm (36″).
