Growing Information
Sow seeds thinly in lines or patches in the garden and lightly cover with 1cm (½”) soil. Germination up to 21 days. Keep plants moist and begin to cut a few leaves when plants have 5-6 true leaves. Treat as ‘cut and come again’, only taking as many leaves as you need at a time. Alternatively, seeds can be sown in trays/containers of good quality compost in a cold frame or greenhouse and planted out after the last frost either in the garden or into patio containers. May also be grown for baby leaves inside on a windowsill throughout most of the year.
