‘Blue Danube’ is a wonderful, evergreen Azalea. In late Spring and early Summer, this plant is smothered in masses of bluish-violet, funnel-shaped flowers. Small, dark-green leaves are retained year-round. Produces an abundance of colourful flowers that will be sure to brighten up your garden!
Fully hardy and easy to grow, ‘Blue Danube’ is an excellent variety to keep in a rock garden or in mixed, shrub border. Will look fantastic with Rhododendrons and Acers for a true, Japanese themed garden. Keep moist, yet well-drained and like all Azalea’s, it prefers slightly acidic soil.
Strong, bushy plants supplied in approx. 2-3 litre containers.
