Alchemila mollis is a wonderful herbaceous perennial, that grows with a cute, low mounding form, well suited to edging borders, beds and pathways with it’s pretty green shaded foliage and blooms. Through the summer months, the flowers emit a superb honey-sweet fragrance that wafts through the air. Will become a staple in any cottage garden scheme, in rockeries and as ground cover around trees and shrubs. Over time and with maturity, it will even take on drought tolerant characteristics. Grow Alchemilla in any reliably moist, rich fertile soil in sun or semi shade.
