Selected Mint ‘Moroccan’Mentha x piperita

One of the more popular varieties of Mint, Moroccan Mint has a sweet twist on the traditional flavour, which makes it very versatile for culinary uses, ideal for making teas, jellies or used as a garnish. Can even be used for medicinal purposes, where the flavour isn’t too important, helping to relieve symptoms for IBS, refreshening breath and to sooth sore throats. Pollinators love this plant so grow in borders or in your herb garden as usual, but be warned it can be quite invasive if unrestricted, so in spring or autumn it can be divided up. Height 60cm (24”) and spread 100cm (39”).
