Description
Rochester almost matches ‘Peregrine’ in popularity and is usually considered to be the best all-round variety. The flavour is not quite as good but the yellow flesh is firm and juicy. This is a good, easy tree to grow and has the added benefit of flowering later in the season, missing most of the frosts.
