Sowing Information
Sow in trays in a greenhouse or on a windowsill using a good quality, moist seed compost. Cover very lightly with compost and maintain a temperature of about 15-18°C (55-60°F). Do not allow to dry out. Transplant resulting seedlings into further trays and grow on. Acclimatise to outside conditions before planting outside 30cm (12″) apart when the risk of frost has past. May also be planted into large pots or tubs for greenhouse or patio decoration.
