Product Description

Achillea ‘Cerise’ is a long-flowering perennial that produces vibrant pink flowers in dense clusters. The bright colours of these stunning flowers stand atop a sturdy grey-green stem and fern-like foliage and flower from June through to September. Planted en-masse, Yarrow Cerise is great for filling the garden border or plant alongside contrasting colours of Achillea to create a feature. Their bushy habit and vivid compact flowers attract pollinators such as butterflies and bees into the garden and also make excellent cut flower displays. Reaching a mature height and spread of 60cm, these perennials enjoy direct sun or partially shaded areas of the garden. UK-grown 5cm module plants supplied.

Growing at a glance…

Achilleas are easy to grow and maintain. They can survive most soil types, as long as it is not waterlogged. Position somewhere sunny or semi-shaded. Plant in spring, digging a generous hole to house the module, adding some grit to the bottom of the hole to aid drainage. Add the module to the hole and fill the edges with soil, firming it down so it’s nice and snug. Water well, especially during prolonged boughts of heat.
