Passion is a striking variety from our Dianthus ‘Scent First’ range, named as such because of the amazing fragrant hardy perennial flowers that are produced from May to September. This bushy and prolific perpetually flowering plant will grow to a height and spread of only 20-25cm, making it ideal for planting in the front of the border or in patio pots and containers.Passion is a deep rich red that, unusually for Dianthus, is a fairly uniform colour over the whole flower. UK-grown 3cm diameter jumbo plug plants supplied.

Growing at a glance…
Water freely during the growing season and make sure to dead-head regularly to prolong flowering.Plant in a sunny position in well worked soil. Rake fertiliser in to the soil surface prior to planting. We recommend a John Innes Compost No 2. UK-grown 3cm jumbo plug plants, making planting an ever easy job.
