Deeply hued, lavender blue flowers are produced above clumps of serrated edged, green foliage in June to September each year. Foliage is held from April to October and provides a reliable way to cover bare spots in the borders. Do not be mistaken that this is a low growing, or compact variety though – it reaches a height and spread of up to 75cm.
